Wiki vs. Cheney Leaks....

My Oh My, how the Media has its knickers in a twist over Wikileaks accidental publication of State Department cables, including Names of Key Operatives in the field! Oh No!

A "joint media statement" from all the major US-Euro "news sources" confirms that they "deplore the decision of Wikileaks to publish the unredacted State Department cables, which may put sources at risk." They "deplore" it, I tell you!

I don't think I'm the only person who remembers the Outing of Under-cover Operative Valerie Plame-Wilson and a major CIA copper-plate company, in operation for 15 years or more, by Dangerous-Dick Cheney an his band of nefarious banditos back in the "build-up" to the invasion of Iraq. I'm sure there must be 4 or 5 of us who still remember that Val's hubby, Joe Wilson, brought down Sir Cheney's wrath by refusing to go along with the "Convenient Lies" about Saddam Houssein buying "yellow cake" uranium from Nigeria to import to Iraq to make "Weapons-of-Mass-Destruction"! in order to bomb Americans in their very beds at night! Remember?.... "Mushroom clouds! Terror! Nine eleven! Nine eleven! Mushroom clouds! Iraq! Terror! Yellow Cake! WMD!"

But Joe Wilson told us they were full of hooey (or something like that) and their yellow cake got left out in the rain. He refused to play along, so Cheney and his Bad-Boys "leaked" Valerie Plame's name and business to the NY Times, etc. Not a single major media source questioned how many operatives and sources were "put at risk" by those irresponsible (and treasonous) actions by the illegally-selected Bush Bunch cooking up fraudulent wars in the People's White House back then.

Funny how that works. But that was before Cheney told a US Senator to "Go f___ yourself!" on the Senate floor, or manipulated a Supreme Court Justice during duck hunt, or shot his friend in the face with a shotgun hunting pheasants, or..... He was just hunting "Terrorists in Iraq responsible for nine eleven and weapons of mass destruction!" back then. Kinda like hunting tigers and pandas in Manhattan, but no matter.

The Media is now "hunting down" Julian Assange again, while Dangerous-Dick Cheney sells his "true-story" book about.... Well, you know.
